Data Line Interference Suppression
Closed core shapes such as toroidal cores are used in the broadband interference range for data lines. SUMIDA AG manufactures the cores primarily in high permeable material. The portfolio extends from twofold, fourfold or sixfold chokes to modules with multiple chokes to shield several data lines. As a matter of course, all tried-and-tested SUMIDA products conform with the current VDE, EN, and IEC standards.
The main field of application is in that of consumer electronics/communication. However, in electronic circuits in medical engineering as well as in the industrial and automotive electronics with bus systems such as CAN and FlexRay the trend is also moving towards data line chokes.
